I feel like I haven’t been posting enough about my life recently and I miss it! So here’s a little recap of what’s been going on in my life.

This week is my last week of high school (crazy, I know). This past weekend was really great. It was a busy weekend filled with a party at my house, stats project, making hair ties, swimming, playing border hoppers, sleepover, eating yummy food, and finally catching up on sleep by taking a long long nap on Sunday.
AP tests went a lot better than I thought they would, prom was fun but went by way too fast, and the last swim meet was insanely long and didn’t end until 11:30 that night but it was a pretty good end to the season. 
On a sadder note, my grandmother passed away from a sudden heart attack. It wasn’t expected whatsoever because she’s been the healthy one and it’s been my grandpa who hasn’t been doing well health-wise. So it came as a really huge shock to my family and I. It still doesn’t seem like she’s really, truly gone, so when it finally hits me that she is I’m afraid I’ll be a mess. She was an amazing woman who loved the Lord with all her heart, and I would love to have that same passion. 
Also, I’ve been talking to a lot of people who will be going to the same college that I’m going to and it makes me so excited because they are all just really lovely people.

Okay, that is all.

I love when people tell me what their favorite song is or who their favorite music artists are. It makes me feel like I know them as a person even better, almost like I’m seeing a little part of them that not everyone else gets to see. I love that.

My friends and I went on a little day trip to the lake and it was so much fun. We inner tubed and wakesurfed all day and then came home to Chelsea’s mom’s amazing tacos. I really love my friends.

Things are looking up, finally.
I decided on a college and I even found a roommate! She is seriously the cutest thing ever. We clicked really well and we’re similar in so many ways, so I’m really happy!
I’m finally back on track at swim, so it’s not as frustrating anymore. And my times are getting better which is great!
Oh and I think I’m finally going to have a prom date! Haha he’s supposed to be asking me within the next couple of days so I’m pretty excited about that.
And last but not least, weekend is going to be so so so much fun :) 

About:

• Swim. Nothing is going right this year and it really sucks.
• Prom. I most likely won’t have a date to my senior prom… awesome.
• School. I have so much make-up work to do and it’s taking forever.
• Roommate. All my friends have a for sure roommate for their college and I don’t have one yet, nor am I even close to finding one and I’m kinda freaking out.
• Money. Enough said.
